My goal is NOT to meet your expectations, but exceed what it is you have in mind. Anything other than that is unacceptable!
In my years in the entertainment industry, I've worked with many vendors in several service areas. And I've been very selective in adding people to my team because I believe that businesses are only as strong as their weakest link.
